I know my fly is open but yay progress! these jeans fit way better than they used to
been working hard at the gym! it’s progress
joined the gym yesterday and had my first meeting with a trainer this morning.
here are my stats: i’m 5’1”, 130 lbs and my body fat percentage is 27.8%.
i have to lose at least 10-15 pounds and my bfp has to be brought down to about 24. this has really opened my eyes to good health, i took it for granted i was somewhat healthy (good enough) but in actuality i’m really not. i’d rather kickass and live a long life than be just “okay” or “good enough”. i have a lot to learn and accomplish, which i’m stoked about.
we discussed a lot and came up with three goals: bring up my energy, tone up, and eventually run a 5k. i’m really excited to continue on and finally focus on myself and achieve these goals. i’m so happy.
i have a cold, but i put on make up cuz i had an interview this morning, which i totally bombed by the way. laying low for a while.
